Are these toys good for cats?
The Automatic Rolling Dog Ball and the Smart Rolling Ball work for both dogs and cats. The Electric Plush Jump Ball is best for puppies and small dogs.
Can I leave my pet alone with the toy?
Stay close for the first few play sessions to see how your pet reacts. These are play toys, not chew toys — if your pet starts chewing or taking a toy apart, put it away.
How do I charge them?
All three toys charge via USB. Use a standard charger up to 5W — fast chargers can damage the electronics. Charge fully before the first use.
Can I wash the toys?
The Electric Plush Jump Ball has a zip-off cover you can hand-wash after removing the electronic unit. Don’t submerge the balls — just wipe them with a damp cloth.
Which size should I pick?
The Smart Rolling Ball is the smallest (2 in; Mini is 1.7 in) — great for cats and small dogs. The Automatic Rolling Dog Ball is about 2.4 × 2.8 in, and the plush ball is 5.9 in. Don’t give small balls to large dogs without supervision.
